    Our Full Service Health Clinic

In addition to the school nurse, Dearborn Park has a School-Based Health Center (SBHC) that provides medical and mental health care for the students of Dearborn Park Elementary School. We help students do better in school by working to solve physical and mental health problems, preventing serious illness, and promoting healthy lifestyles.

The Dearborn Park School-Based Health Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., though the schedule is subject to change based on student needs. We are located in the 2nd Grade Pod on the left wall.

Our mental health therapist is here Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Our nurse practitioner is here Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. We always leave room for walk-in medical appointments, so please let us know if you'd like our medical provider to see your student!

Visit our SBHC page to learn more about the services we offer and information on how to sign up your student. To register your student electronically, please go to this link and fill out our registration packet.
